Join us on August 7th as Mark Hefner of Plateau Land & Wildlife Management provides information on the foundation of state/region guidelines surrounding wildlife management and will cover how wildlife management applies to various types of properties

ABOUT MARK: Mark Hefner brings a unique perspective to the table due to his operations background, passion for wildlife and knowledge of the central Texas area. His love for wildlife and the outdoors started in Bastrop and Lee County at a very young age and continues today as he cares for the family ranch in Mason County. Currently he can combine his operations and marketing background with his passion of the outdoors at Plateau Land and Wildlife Management where he can help bring the landowner’s vision of their property into reality.

ABOUT PLATEAU LAND & WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT: Plateau Land & Wildlife Management has been assisting rural landowners in preserving and improving their rural land since 1997. Born out of a law passed in 1995 by the Texas Legislature, Plateau enables those with an agricultural valuation to maintain property tax savings while focusing on native habitat and wildlife. Plateau has helped numerous landowners in Texas transition to wildlife management valuation, recognizing the need for more than just a Wildlife Management Plan to establish wildlife valuation.
